Enter not into judgment with thy servant ...

Enter not into judgment with your servant, for no one living is righteous before you. 1

"Come now, let us reason together, says the LORD: though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red like crimson, they shall become like wool. 2

Or let them lay hold of my protection, let them make peace with me, let them make peace with me." 3

"Agree with God, and be at peace; thereby good will come to you. 4

Therefore, since we have been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. 5

yet we know that a person is not justified by works of the law but through faith in Jesus Christ, so we also have believed in Christ Jesus, in order to be justified by faith in Christ and not by works of the law, because by works of the law no one will be justified. 6

For by works of the law no human being will be justified in his sight, since through the law comes knowledge of sin. 7

Let it be known to you therefore, brothers, that through this man forgiveness of sins is proclaimed to you, and by him everyone who believes is freed from everything from which you could not be freed by the law of Moses. 8

But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. 9
