Holiness to the LORD.

"You shall make a plate of pure gold and engrave on it, like the engraving of a signet, 'Holy to the LORD.' 1

Strive for peace with everyone, and for the holiness without which no one will see the Lord. 2 

God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth." 3 

We have all become like one who is unclean, and all our righteous deeds are like a polluted garment. We all fade like a leaf, and our iniquities, like the wind, take us away. 4 

Then Moses said to Aaron, "This is what the LORD has said: 'Among those who are near me I will be sanctified, and before all the people I will be glorified.'" And Aaron held his peace. 5 

This is the law of the temple: the whole territory on the top of the mountain all around shall be most holy. Behold, this is the law of the temple. 6 

Your decrees are very trustworthy; holiness befits your house, O LORD, forevermore. 7 

And for their sake I consecrate myself, that they also may be sanctified in truth. 8 

Since then we have a great high priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus, the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession. Let us then with confidence draw near to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need. 9
