Bagster's Daily Light - August 29 - Morning
Who trusteth in the LORD, happy is he.
Whoever gives thought to the word will discover good, and blessed is he who trusts in the LORD. 1

Thus the men of Israel were subdued at that time, and the men of Judah prevailed, because they relied on the LORD, the God of their fathers. 3
To the choirmaster. Of the Sons of Korah. According to Alamoth. A Song. God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear though the earth gives way, though the mountains be moved into the heart of the sea, 4
It is better to take refuge in the LORD than to trust in man. It is better to take refuge in the LORD than to trust in princes. 5
The steps of a man are established by the LORD, when he delights in his way; though he fall, he shall not be cast headlong, for the LORD upholds his hand. 6
Oh, taste and see that the LORD is good! Blessed is the man who takes refuge in him! Oh, fear the LORD, you his saints, for those who fear him have no lack! 7
