God the only wise, our Saviour.

to the only God, our Savior, through Jesus Christ our Lord, be glory, majesty, dominion, and authority, before all time and now and forever. Amen. 1

And because of him you are in Christ Jesus, who became to us wisdom from God, righteousness and sanctification and redemption, 2

"Can you find out the deep things of God? Can you find out the limit of the Almighty? It is higher than heaven--what can you do? Deeper than Sheol--what can you know? 3

But we impart a secret and hidden wisdom of God, which God decreed before the ages for our glory. 4

and to bring to light for everyone what is the plan of the mystery hidden for ages in God who created all things, so that through the church the manifold wisdom of God might now be made known to the rulers and authorities in the heavenly places. 5

If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given him. 6

But the wisdom from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, open to reason, full of mercy and good fruits, impartial and sincere. 7
