Bagster's Daily Light - January 3 - Morning
He led them forth by the right way.
He led them by a straight way till they reached a city to dwell in. 1
"He found him in a desert land, and in the howling waste of the wilderness; he encircled him, he cared for him, he kept him as the apple of his eye. Like an eagle that stirs up its nest, that flutters over its young, spreading out its wings, catching them, bearing them on its pinions, the LORD alone guided him, no foreign god was with him. 2
even to your old age I am he, and to gray hairs I will carry you. I have made, and I will bear; I will carry and will save. 3
He restores my soul. He leads me in paths of righteousness for his name's sake. Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me. 4
And the LORD will guide you continually and satisfy your desire in scorched places and make your bones strong; and you shall be like a watered garden, like a spring of water, whose waters do not fail. 5
that this is God, our God forever and ever. He will guide us forever. 6
Behold, God is exalted in his power; who is a teacher like him? 7
