There shall be no night there.
and its gates will never be shut by day--and there will be no night there. 1
The sun shall be no more your light by day, nor for brightness shall the moon give you light; but the LORD will be your everlasting light, and your God will be your glory. 2
And the city has no need of sun or moon to shine on it, for the glory of God gives it light, and its lamp is the Lamb. 3
And night will be no more. They will need no light of lamp or sun, for the Lord God will be their light, and they will reign forever and ever. 4
But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for his own possession, that you may proclaim the excellencies of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light. 5
giving thanks to the Father, who has qualified you to share in the inheritance of the saints in light. He has delivered us from the domain of darkness and transferred us to the kingdom of his beloved Son, 6
for at one time you were darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Walk as children of light 7
For you are all children of light, children of the day. We are not of the night or of the darkness. 8
But the path of the righteous is like the light of dawn, which shines brighter and brighter until full day. 9
